Follow these simple steps to create a Group Contact
Click on the “Mail” shown on the top left corner and choose “Contacts”.
Now you will see an Add People button on the top, click that and you can add multiple email id separating them by “comma ( , ) “.
Click on the checkbox option given on the top menu to select all email id. If you don’t want mail to some particular member of that group then you can simply uncheck that person.
Once you are done with all these steps you can move to the process of sending mails by clicking on the Mail Icon given on the top menu or you can directly send mail to a that group from COMPOSE option. Just type the group name you created in the recipient (To:) column.
